- Materials – We offer concrete underlayment to create a smooth base for the installation of floor coverings, but we don’t use just any concrete; we work with a product called Gyp-Crete, which contains a mineral called gypsum. This concrete is more lightweight than regular concrete, which means it is easier to install. In addition, its gypsum content makes it fire retardant, improving the safety of occupants and firefighters in the event of a fire.
- Training – Our concrete company holds all the proper licenses for the type of business we run. These qualifications include OSHA certification, so you can rest assured our team will get the job done in the proper manner and follow the correct procedures as we pour concrete.
- Specialization – We specialize in pouring fire-retardant concrete floors for multi-family housing.
